When I started working with Lisa, I had hoped to remove the blocks I felt when it came to my intuition. I got so much more in doing this program! So sacred, unique, and special

Our souls journey here for our purpose. Our physical bodies collect dust from the road. Life experience creates physical chemicals that we can put under a microscope and study and can create physical blocks within our physical beings. We may not possess the knowledge yet to understand this completely but we do understand how emotional health affects the body. How bacteria and viruses can affect the body.
For me the light codes are like a sacred bath. I can feel them washing a layer of dust from the road, illuminating blocks and shadows. With each new light code I experience I feel a physical lightness in my body and a cellular wash. I don’t understand the codes and for me I don’t need them to be understood.
The Dagara tribe have no word for supernatural. The closest they come to the concept is
Yielbongura- The thing that knowledge cannot eat
Just like the soles of our lungs transmute and exchange precious breath/nutrients without engaging our minds to the action, light codes transmute debris, darkness, blocks and illuminate our energy.
I feel lighter as if passing through another layer. Grounded and mother earth but connected to the ethers, my truths. My purpose. The light codes bring me in harmony with my mental and physical body, allowing necessities to fall behind, to move forward with clarity for the present moment without linear expectations.
If you are drawn to them your soul remembers. The earth element in our body remembers your bones remember..
Light codes can calm the mind but that is not what my soul feels is their purpose. They wash away debris-to be who you’re meant to be.

For several years I have been taking yoga classes from Lisa and find her methods to be helpful in reducing my aches and stiffness through various yoga stretches. As everyone is not always able to do every pose, her ability to recognize an individual's physical limitation and suggest a modified yoga pose at times is appreciated. In the crazy world we live in now, it is comforting to find someone who can help with their music and alternative techniques to reduce a person's mind and body stress without having to take medication.

My journey with yoga began in April of 2006. In the summer of 2017, I began taking yoga group classes with Lisa Gniady, and later joined both Kundalini yoga and chanting classes taught by Lisa. Lisa's classes respect the historic traditions of yoga practice (including the Kundalini kriyas), meditation, and chanting. From time to time, Lisa also incorporates gong healing in her classes which I find deepens the effect of the practice. Lisa's classes include not just the physical exercise but also energetic work, and how to incorporate the two. I'd been doing yoga and spiritual work on my own, but Lisa gave me additional tools to help blend these two areas for a more peaceful life, better health and vitality. Lisa also has the gift of intuition and allows her gift to guide her teaching and interactions with students. She truly cares for her students and creates a safe space to explore and discover what works best for each person in the class.

Lisa’s classes adapt to the ability of each individual person. She always suggests alternative poses to fit that person's individual needs. Where other classes I have taken they have a routine for that day and that’s it and they don’t walk around to adjust your pose the way Lisa does so you don’t injure yourself. She always makes sure you are doing the poses properly so you don’t hurt yourself, I started yoga at 50 and really needed a lot of help. She was very patient and encouraging, explaining and showing me how to work around my personal challenge.
I do find Lisa’s commitment to her learning more about the universe and inner balance inspirational, and I hope to someday be as advanced as she is.
