It's hard to gather the words that would bring my experience with Lisa to life. Lisa cultivated a once-in-a lifetime memory for not only me but for every woman who attended the 2021 Mt. Shasta Retreat. Each of us entered the grounds believing what we thought was a retreat, yet it ended up being a beautiful reunion. A reunion of old souls who had known each other in a past life. Recently, I was part of the Mt. Shasta retreat. I found the retreat via retreat bookings...timing was perfect for me. I had never worked with Lisa, but I read her bio and decided to book. I had no expectations other than to get away and immerse myself in nature. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Lisa and a beautiful group of women who radiated warmth and welcoming energy. That evening, we started the journey. We had so much fun as the group listened, played, and laughed. I haven't laughed that much in so long. The next day we continued the journey. I went to California feeling heavy and drained. After a weekend spent with beautiful ladies from all around the world, I am light. After yoga, meditation, water purification, releasing my fears and regrets into the violet flames, recharging my wedding bands at the altar and getting in tune with my inner Goddess & more, I feel like I have released so much weight off of my shoulders. Now, I know exactly what India Arie (my fav artist) is talking about. This retreat was one of the best experiences ever! I met new people, we laughed and cried together! After experiencing my first Goddess retreat I now know that I don't need to worry about missing the best there is to do wherever we travel. Veronica is a world traveler (I think she's lived more outside of the US than in!). Not only is she a skilled travel planner, she has so many local connections that she finds the best of the best to indulge in. I just relaxed and trusted her. Each retreat is carefully planned out and designed around a theme. Trust me you will not want to leave!
These two amazing ladies have been given gifts and rather than keep it for themselves, they want to teach each of us HOW they got there so we can continue on the path of enlightenment as well. This trip helped me to understand how to dig deeper to learn what my purpose is-what my gifts are. Once I am clearer on this I will be aligned with my highest and most powerful self and I have these lovelies to thank for helping me to launch!

“I tend to be professionally critical of workshop experiences…”
“I recently attended a unique workshop after Christmas and before the New Year. The general theme was meditation and yoga but it was so much more. It was designed to be 24 hours (with time to sleep). Lisa Gniady, a talented, smart, grounded facilitator, led this low key yet impactful process of rebirth (for the new year). The components included a slow paced in the moment experience of gentle yoga, gong meditation, in person readings, affirmations, self exercises, and a vision board. There was plenty of time for reflection and discussion.
One aspect that stood out to me was Lisa's ability to combine all of the components which blended nicely into an integrated whole. She did not follow a strict schedule but paid attention to the group's energy and focus. She has an unusual ability to align with the group and respond with just the "right" activity that is needed at that moment. She listens (really listens) and responds to what is happening in the room. In essence, I believe her process is a metaphor for life - reflecting the ebb and flow that is organic and natural.
Being a Trainer, Certified Yoga Instructor, Psychotherapist, and Workshop leader myself, I tend to be professionally critical of workshop experiences. I endorse her workshops and events without hesitation.”

I am not a writer but you guys inspired me to write. This is my first time sharing my writing.
I was at a crossroad when I thought I needed darkness to find my path. My guides said ‘No Neena you are going to the light’ 😄 and they sent me to Mt. Shasta. I just listened and followed the light and took a leap to the unknown. Little did I know that I was traveling to another dimension where I would meet not one but 25 goddesses. It wasn’t easy to meet them as I had to purge and let go and become a goddess myself. 😉 They prayed for me and welcomed me with open arms to all their divine rituals, drumming, dancing etc. I thought nothing could top this experience when I found myself sleeping on the top of the mountain on my yoga mat and “UFO watching”(What??? Goddesses 🛸 watching???) 😄 That night I gave my old self away to the mountain. We barely slept that night but I had the energy as if I had had 3 red bulls...unfortunately we had to say our goodbyes next morning but I knew this wasn’t the end but a beginning of a new journey...

We had plenty of time to meditate, get to know each other, chant, talk, and do yoga. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing, and I especially connected with the healing meditation. I definitely plan to attend another retreat. Lisa is Love.

The most thorough and comprehensive Reiki training I have ever experienced.
The Goddess Reiki training was the most thorough and comprehensive Reiki training I have ever experienced. The educational aspect is unparalleled. A wealth of information spread out over two days allows time for the information to integrate before moving on. The manual used for the training is in a class by itself. It is easy to read and filled with the most relevant information written in a very clear and concise way. It is easy to read and understand. The artwork that accompanies the manual is sacred, beautiful and inspiring. This training is different. Traditional Reiki training is very masculine and rigid in nature. This training brings in the element of the Divine Feminine and Sacred Ritual. We learn how to create a Sacred space for ourselves and for those we practice on. We learn how to facilitate healing in ourselves and those we love by creating a beautiful sacred space and calling in the Power of the Goddess, the Divine Feminine. This training can be incorporated into every aspect of life. The experience was also extra special because of the environment created by Lisa and Veronica. The training was held at a beautiful and secluded house in Sedona, AZ. Sacred training in a Sacred place allows for the experience to be amplified manyfold. Truly a life changing experience. I’m excited to learn the next level!

One of the best investments I made for myself.
The decision to attend the Goddess Reiki training and retreat in Sedona was one of the best investments I made for myself. The Goddess retreat and Reiki training are both enlightening and life changing experiences. I appreciate all the teaching and training that Veronica and Lisa provided during the retreat and being great examples of sisterhood for all of us to learn from. Their attention to detail and content during the retreat shines throughout the weekend. They truly presented a wonderful peaceful healing environment to grow and learn from. I wondered how the vibration of the Reiki I was already channeling could get much higher, but my guidance was clear, I was to work more with the divine feminine, and so I kept an open mind. I’m so grateful for what I’ve learned and my Goddess Reiki and Angelic Realm Journey. I’m on a journey of love and wisdom, and words cannot explain what I felt that weekend at Galena IL...My Inner child was at play. There’s nothing I can say that would enhance the Reiki Goddess Program. They did their heavenly thing. So much love has been put in this to remind us of who we really are. Time to Awaken our souls.

Quantum Healing
An in-depth training on how to access and heal across time and space.
The Quantum Healing training was more of an in depth training, learning how to access and heal across time and space. Teaching women to heal, so that we can also heal ourselves and those we love and care for. I am grateful to them both for doing this type of work and teaching us to lead by our heart, kindness, and love, something so needed at this time on this planet. I also am grateful that each retreat focuses on healing and giving back to the Earth, ultimately healing ourselves, the Earth, and environment. I look forward to traveling to more sacred sites and visiting these powerful places on the planet and appreciate Veronica and Lisa sharing their insights, knowledge, and talents with all beautiful goddesses.
